Meet your therapist

Hi, I'm Dr. Mandy Kirk.

I founded Move To Success to practice PT the way I believe it should be done: one patient, one therapist, one focused hour at a time. No rotating aides, no working machines alone in a corner.

I see patients of every age, from tiny infants to active grandparents, across both our Troy and Clarkston clinics. Whatever's slowing you down, we'll build a plan around your life.

Life at the clinic

Real people, real recoveries

Don't just take our word for it.

Dr Mandy Kirk is one amazing person. My 1 year old son was diagnosed with a wobbly gait and should have been better with 4-6 weeks. Throughout the entire process she meticulously documented everything going on with my son. When he wasn’t making progress she got on the phone and got multiple pediatric appointments pulled up for me by MONTHS. She didn’t have to do any of that but you can tell she truly loves and cares for her patients. We’re still trying to figure out a diagnosis for my son but knowing I have someone like Dr Mandy Kirk in my corner makes a difference. Do not hesitate, if you need Physical Therapy, do yourself a favor and go to the best.

I’ve been a patient at the office for a few months and each time I leave I walk out better than I walked in. Each of the ladies works with you one on one and crafts exercises that work best with you. Kayla is who I typically work with and you can tell she truly wants the best outcome for you. They work so well with my schedule and I am so happy I found this place!

The team at Move to Success have helped my daughter tremendously. We came to Dr. Mandy when my daughter started abnormal crawling. We quickly came to love all of the team members here. Kelly helped my daughter grow into an independent and confident walker. Everyone was always so friendly and caring during our time here and even allowed her twin sister to engage in activities. It can be hard to find outpatient facilities that has a group of clinicians skilled at what they do. I would highly recommend Move to Success to anyone who needs PT!
