Move & strengthen
About 40-45 minutes of guided stretching and strengthening tailored to you and how you feel that day.
Hands-on manual work
Roughly 15 minutes of therapeutic massage, passive stretching, trigger-point and myofascial release with Dr. Mandy.
Take it home
A written home exercise program so your progress keeps going between visits.
Physical therapy sessions usually consist of 40-45 minutes of stretching and strengthening exercise, followed by about 15 minutes of hands-on manual work where Dr. Mandy Kirk performs a combination of therapeutic massage, passive stretching, trigger-point release, and myofascial release.
